Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy: A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. All appointments must be paid in full at the time of scheduling. Please note that appointments are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. Changes & Cancellations We value your time and ours, so we require at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment. • Late Rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $30 rescheduling fee. • Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund. • Advance Cancellations: Payments are fully refundable only if the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. Missed Appointments (No-Shows): An appointment is considered "missed" if a client fails to show up or arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior notice. Because late arrivals prevent us from providing the full dedicated care required, these sessions will be treated as missed appointments and are non-refundable. ________________________________________ Agreement: We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
