Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy: A valid credit card is required to book an appointment. Payment is due at the time of booking, and appointments are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. Changes and Cancellations: • Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $30 rescheduling fee. • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. • Payments are refundable only if the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. Missed Appointments: Missed appointments will not be refunded. Payment Terms: All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment must be completed prior to remedy selection.
