Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy: A valid credit card is required to book an appointment. Payment is due at the time of booking, and appointments are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. Changes and Cancellations: • Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $30 rescheduling fee. • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. • Payments are refundable only if the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. Missed Appointments: Missed appointments will not be refunded. Payment Terms: All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment must be completed prior to remedy selection. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! By completing this order, you acknowledge and agree to the scheduling and payment policies outlined above, and understand that these policies help us provide dedicated time and care to each client.
